Meet Charlene Dyer

Hi I'm Charlene and I’m a therapist dedicated to supporting adult women and men. I specialize in navigating the journey of healing from racial trauma, anxiety, grief and loss, depression, and childhood trauma. I understand that the impact of these experiences can be profound and complex, especially within a society that often overlooks the unique struggles faced by people of color. My goal is to create a safe, compassionate space where we can work together to unpack these layers and foster healing, resilience, and empowerment.
